Burns Ranch Beef

The beef that arrives at your door is a specific cross between Texas Black Angus and Japanese Akaushi Wagyu.  This hybrid is efficient and creates consistent marbling.  The beef is also DRY AGED to maximize tenderness and flavor.  All cuts of beef are USDA inspected, individually vacuum sealed, and shipped frozen to ensure safety.  The FDA states that freezing at 0 degrees keeps food safe indefinitely, however, quality may decline over time.

Currently we are only serving North Texas, including the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex.
